Cowbridge Dance

The very best in Ballroom dancing Tuition

Cowbridge Dance was established in 2000 by the Principal Alan Taylor UKA NATD. For more than 14 continuous years Alan has helped a multitude of people( of all ages, shapes and sizes) to achieve their dream of being able to 'get onto the floor and dance'. Many people have been attending his classes, continuously, for over ten years.

Here are the words of some of his students:

  • "Friends recommended to us that we should try Alan's Classes and we have never regretted it. Starting as complete beginners, we found Alan to be an excellent teacher who makes learning both enjoyable and achievable. we have made many new friends and now regularly go to social dance events." Bruce and Judy McDonald

  • "We first met Alan six years ago when, as absolute beginners, we attended his class for the first time. we soon became completely hooked and have now progressed to 'Gold Bar 2' level. Dancing has opened up a whole new world for us socially and we owe a lot to Alan. The classes are run with a mixture of skill, organisation, enthusiasm, patience and (most of all) humour. Thanks for the journey Alan. Mark & Diane Atkinson

  • We started our Ballroom Classes five years ago and it has changed our lives ! Alan is a fantastic teacher, has endless patience, a great sense of humour and the enthusiasm to teach others to enjoy dancing as much as he does. We started dancing just for fun - but we were soon hooked ! We now have our Bronze, Silver and Gold Medals and - thanks to Alan's teaching - they are all HONOURS. Try a class, we guarantee it will be totally addictive ! Graham & Elaine Jones

  • We have been having lessons for 12 months. Alan is a patient, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic teacher. He teaches in a relaxed manner but,at the same time, makes sure we do it right. We have no reservations whatsoever about recommending Alan to anyone wishing to learn or improve Ballroom Dancing. John & Cath Lee
